Green Hyrulean leather book by MilleCuirs Green Hyrulean leather book by MilleCuirs
Un livre mythique inspiré de la série de jeux vidéos "Legend of Zelda". Avec du cuir vert et accessoires en laiton!

A mythical book inspired by the "Legend of Zelda" series. With green leather and brass accessories!

Since this book seems to be popular, I wanted to show more details of the interior! All pages are blank and hand dyed to give them the "Aged" look people love so much! Also my first attemps at Paper marbling, which is an artform on its own!

Maybe this makes it easier to give me a price:

1- Size:  Large (8.5 x 11 inches)

2- 250 sheets.

3- Choice of paper:  "aged"

4- extras: like the picture above

8- Date of delivery: i don't know how much time does it cost to make it? And i live in Belgium so that's maybe usefull too

I've always wanted to play around with it, as well as making my own paper.  I managed to get all that I needed to get to make the paper, just have yet to take the time and energy to do so.  Kind of wish I had a friend to share the experience with.  :D

Paper making is something I never tried! I did basics at primary schools years ago. Now I would do handmade paper for the endpaper only!

I have a project in the "waiting" that is leather journals with handmade paper, but... don't see myself making more than one with all the pages hand made.  Long process and I do not have a place large enough space to dry the pages.  *sigh*

I had the chance to stumble on stackable drying frame at a Dollarstore. Cost 3$ each, bought around ten so I can stack lots of paper to dry! Now I can't buy more, they don't have them anymore... :(

What did they look like?  Maybe they can be found online somewhere?  I would love to know.  If anything would give me a good idea of an affordable option to make some of my own.  :D

Leatherwork is somthing you got to get your hands into to learn! You can watch all the tutorials you want (it help a lot!) But its only when you grab leather and work it that the true learning process begin! You should see my first books!

so true but its hard to do if you don't know how to start it off if you don't know the basic. An if you have any video or DA tutorials on here I would love to know them because I don't know diddly squat about leatherwork and making books lol

Try getting used to hardcover books! Get your hands on a no-value book, at a yard sale or flea market for 25cents, and open it, cut the spine, look at how it is glued and held together!
